By using FileFitly you agree to these terms. They are short because the service is simple.
Using the tools
You may use FileFitly tools for free, for personal and business purposes. Use them only on files you have the right to edit, and not for anything unlawful, including forging documents or signatures.
Your files
Your files are processed on your own device and remain yours. We do not receive or claim any rights to them.
Check before you submit
FileFitly is provided “as is”. We work hard to make the tools accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every output will be accepted by every website, portal or authority. Always check the result, and the official requirements of the place you are submitting to, before you rely on it. Keep a copy of your original file.
Signatures
The Sign PDF tool places an image of your signature on a document. It is not a certified digital signature. Whether it is accepted depends on the document and the organisation receiving it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, FileFitly is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site, including rejected applications or lost data.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
